What are the symptoms of prostate cancer? Beware of the four major signs of prostate cancer

Prostate cancer is very harmful. Many men suffer from this disease, which has a high mortality rate. After the onset of the disease, it causes serious damage to the prostate area, causing frequent urination, urgency and difficulty urinating. As a man, you should be wary of health changes in the prostate area, correctly understand the precursors of the disease, and be alert to the following four manifestations in your life.

1. Obstruction symptoms are particularly obvious. Patients experience dysuria, urinary retention, pain, hematuria, and urinary incontinence. Local infiltration should not be underestimated, and the bladder-rectum space is affected. When the tumor invades the vas deferens, it is easy to cause low back pain and testicular pain. A few patients may complain of ejaculation pain, which affects the sexual life of the couple.

2. Compression symptoms. As the prostate gland of the patient gradually enlarges, it compresses the urethra, causing progressive dysuria, resulting in interrupted urine flow, short range, thin urine stream, slow urine flow, dripping after urination, etc. In severe cases, frequent urination, urgency, and increased nocturia may also occur. When the tumor compresses the rectum, the patient has difficulty defecating and may even develop intestinal obstruction.

3. Metastatic symptoms: The disease can invade the seminal vesicle, bladder, and blood vessels and nerves, which can easily induce hematuria, hematospermia, and impotence. Once pelvic lymph node metastasis occurs, the patient's lower limbs will swell. When bone metastasis occurs, bone pain or pathological fractures and paraplegia may occur.

4. Late-stage patients may experience prostate hypertrophy and other symptoms, which may cause pain during urination and thinning of urine flow. In particular, during rectal examination, it can be clearly found that the gland is hard and fixed to the surrounding tissues, and has very poor mobility, which is very important for clinical diagnosis.

Prostate cancer affects a large number of male patients, which not only harms the health of the prostate, but also threatens the patient's life. This is a particularly terrible disease. Every man needs to pay attention to prostate cancer, clearly understand the four symptoms mentioned above, pay attention to health changes in the prostate area, and seek medical treatment in time when the disease occurs.
