Method 2 for making Buddha's hand wine:

The leaves should be dried before soaking in wine. It has a fragrant aroma that regulates qi, strengthens the stomach and stops vomiting, and resolves phlegm and relieves cough. Used for indigestion, thick and greasy tongue coating, chest tightness and bloating, vomiting and coughing, and nervous stomach pain, etc. The medicinal uses of bergamot include:

1. Liver qi stagnation, stomach and abdominal pain: 10 grams of citrus hand, 9 grams of green tangerine peel, 6 grams of Toosendan fruit, decocted in water and taken orally.

2. Nausea and vomiting: 15 grams of bergamot, 9 grams of tangerine peel, and 3 grams of ginger, decocted in water and taken orally.

3. Asthma: 15 grams of bergamot, 9 grams of patchouli, and 3 grams of ginger peel, decocted in water and taken orally.

4. Excessive leucorrhea: 20 grams of bergamot and an appropriate amount of pig small intestine, stew together, eat the meat and drink the soup.

5. Chronic gastritis, stomach and abdominal cold pain: Wash 30 grams of bergamot, soak it with clean water, cut it into dices, put it in a bottle, and add 500 ml of low-alcohol high-quality liquor. Seal it and drink after soaking for 10 days, 15 ml each time.

6. Weak stomach and indigestion in the elderly: 30 grams of bergamot and 100 grams of polished rice, cook them into porridge and eat them in the morning and evening.

The fruit of Buddha's hand can also be used to extract bergamot essential oil, which is a good beauty and skin care product. Both the flowers and fruits of bergamot are edible and can be made into bergamot flower porridge, bergamot bamboo shoots, bergamot stewed with pig intestines, etc.; it has the effects of regulating qi and resolving phlegm, soothing the liver and stomach, and sobering up.

9 to 27 grams of dried bergamot, and Herba Patriniae calculated according to age, 1 gram per year, and increase 1 gram for every two years above ten years old. Decoction in water and take 3 times a day. White sugar or glucose can be added when taking. One course of treatment is 10 days. A total of 64 cases were treated, all of them were cured, and the clinical symptoms disappeared within 4 to 6 days on average.
