If the metastatic lymph nodes are limited to the posterior pharynx, or the neck above the lower edge of the cricoid cartilage, less than 6 cm, and the original lesion is limited to the nose, pharynx, and pharyngeal nasal cavity, it also belongs to II early nasopharyngeal carcinoma. The lymph nodes actually have no obvious sense of activity.

Vision loss and visual impairment caused by nasopharyngeal carcinoma are caused by the invasion of malignant tumors, the optic nerve or the eyeball. This damage is irreversible and cannot be restored. There are many reasons for vision loss, and it may also be a lesion in the eye itself. It is recommended to go to the hospital for an ophthalmology examination.

Nasopharyngeal cancer patients may suffer from peripheral nerve compression. If it causes optic nerve compression, it may cause vision loss. This is also a common manifestation and can usually be judged in combination with actual compression symptoms.
