What are the symptoms of advanced lymphoma and can it be treated?

What are the late-stage symptoms of lymphoma and can it be cured?

1. The systemic manifestations of malignant lymphoma vary greatly depending on the type and stage of the disease, and some patients may not have systemic manifestations. Some patients are more likely to have fever and weight loss (weight loss of more than 10%), night sweats, followed by loss of appetite, fatigue and itching. Systemic manifestations are related to the immunity of the tumor age. In elderly patients with poor immune function or multifocal diseases, systemic manifestations are obvious. The survival rate of people without systemic manifestations is twice that of those with manifestations.

2. Late-stage lymphoma is common in clinical practice. Malignant lymphoma invades the surface and/or retroperitoneal mesenteric lymph nodes in the mediastinum. A small amount may originate from extranodal organs. ~ Among patients diagnosed with malignant lymphoma, it can be seen that the surface lymph nodes are mainly invaded in 69.6%. If you have a proper understanding of this disease, the diagnosis is not difficult. Lymph node enlargement: Many patients present with painless cervical lymph node enlargement in the early stage, and continue to be found in other parts in the future. Lymph nodes can change from soybeans to dates, with medium hardness, tough, uniform, and full.

3. Bone marrow transplantation is a treatment method: For medium- and high-risk patients under the age of 60, autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation can be considered. Some young patients with relapse or bone marrow invasion can also consider allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.

4. Surgical treatment, etc. Surgical treatment is limited to biopsy or complication treatment; combined with hypersplenism, there are no contraindications. People with splenectomy can have their spleen removed to improve blood therapy and create favorable conditions. Generally, lymphoma can also be cured.
