How to eat Ganoderma lucidum

Lingzhi Vegetarian Recipe

1. Lingzhi Erren Soup

Recipe: 15 grams of Ganoderma lucidum, 15 grams of walnut kernels, 12 grams of sweet almonds, and appropriate amount of rock sugar.

Preparation method: Cut the Ganoderma lucidum into pieces, add water and boil twice, each time for 1 hour, and take the juice. Put walnut kernels, sweet almonds and rock sugar into a bowl, pour in the Ganoderma lucidum decoction, and simmer over low heat until cooked.

Efficacy: Suitable for bronchitis, cough with sputum, etc.

Usage: Take every morning.

2. Lingzhi Mushroom Stew

Recipe: 150 grams of fresh mushrooms, 10 grams each of Ganoderma lucidum, angelica, tortoise shell and wolfberry.

Preparation method: Boil angelica, tortoise shell and wolfberry for 1 hour and remove the residue. Add Ganoderma lucidum and mushrooms and cook until done. Season with salt and serve.

Efficacy: Treat leukemia.

Usage: Take 1 dose daily for 15 consecutive days.

3. Lingzhi tea

Ingredients: 6 grams of Ganoderma lucidum, 10 grams of Poria cocos, and 2 grams of tea.

Preparation method: Crush Ganoderma lucidum and Poria cocos, mix with tea leaves, and put into small gauze bags, 6 grams per bag.

Directions: Brew with boiling water. Take 2-3 bags daily.

Efficacy: It can remove age spots, prevent colds, lower blood lipids and promote bowel movements.

4. Zhihe Clam Soup

Ingredients: 20 grams of Ganoderma lucidum, 250 grams of clam meat, 60 grams of rock sugar.

Preparation method: Wash the Ganoderma lucidum, put it in a casserole, add water and boil it, keep boiling for 1 hour over low heat, take the thick juice; then put in the river clam meat and cook it, add rock sugar, and it can be eaten after it melts.

Efficacy: Treat acute and chronic bronchitis, chronic bronchitis in the elderly, bronchial asthma, leukocytopenia, coronary heart disease, hyperlipidemia, arrhythmia, neurasthenia, early liver cirrhosis, etc.

Usage: Consume the clam meat and soup in one day. Take once every 2 days.
