The role of B cluster vitamins

The role of B cluster vitamins

B cluster vitamins are an indispensable nutrient for the human body. This vitamin helps the body participate in the metabolism of sugar and protein. Therefore, B cluster vitamins are very important to human health. In life, many people are prone to insomnia, fatigue, loss of appetite, difficulty defecation, etc., which may be due to the lack of B cluster vitamins in the body. The following introduces the role of B cluster vitamins in detail.

What do B-cluster vitamins do?

Vitamin B, formerly known as vitamin B, is also a general term for B vitamins. They often come from the same food sources such as yeast and other foods. It is a type of water-soluble vitamin. Eating more vitamins can not only replenish the nutrients lacking in the body but also relieve depression, tension, and the decline in the ability to cope with stress. Here I will briefly introduce to you the specific functions and effects of vitamin B.

There are more than twelve kinds of B vitamins, and nine of them are universally recognized as essential vitamins for the human body. All of them are water-soluble vitamins that only stay in the body for a few hours and must be supplemented every day. B vitamins are essential nutrients for all human tissues and are key to releasing energy from food. All of them are coenzymes and are involved in the metabolism of sugar, protein and fat in the body, so they are classified as a family. All B vitamins must work at the same time, which is referred to as the fusion effect of UB. If you want to take in a certain VB, the activity of cells will increase, thereby increasing the demand for other VBs, so the effects of various VBs are complementary, the so-called "barrel principle". Dr. Roger Williams pointed out that all cells have exactly the same requirements for VB.

B vitamins closely related to skin care include B1.B2.B3.B5.B6 and H. Vitamin B1, also known as thiamine, can inhibit the activity of cholesterase, reduce skin inflammation, and prevent and treat seborrheic dermatitis, eczema, and improve skin health. The main sources are grains, fresh vegetables, fruits, milk, egg yolks, lean meat, liver, yeast, bran, peanuts, etc. Vitamin B2, also known as riboflavin, is involved in the redox reaction of cells, the synthesis of hemoglobin, and the metabolism of sugar, protein, and fat. It can help the skin resist sunlight damage and promote cell regeneration. When the body lacks vitamin B2, the skin becomes more sensitive to sunlight and is prone to solar dermatitis. After being exposed to sunlight for a long time, the face becomes red and itchy, and powdery substances appear around the nose. The main sources are egg yolks, milk, yeast, green leafy vegetables, rice bran, germ, animal liver and kidneys, carrots, brewing yeast, fish, tangerines, mandarins, and oranges.

Vitamin B3, also known as niacin, can inhibit the formation of melanin in the skin and prevent rough skin. It helps damaged cells or skin to recover. It plays an important role in maintaining normal tissues, especially the integrity of the skin, digestive tract, and nervous system. Vitamin B6 is closely related to skin health and is part of the molecular structure of many enzymes and auxiliary enzymes. It promotes the metabolism of amino acids to maintain skin health, reduces capillary wall permeability and hyaluronidase activity, reduces allergic and inflammatory reactions, and promotes epithelial cell growth.

It can be used to prevent and treat rough skin, acne, sunburn, itching and sun tanning. It can also be used to prevent and treat seborrheic skin inflammation, general acne, dry seborrheic dermatitis eczema and flaky skin changes. The main sources are liver, egg yolks, grains, germ, beans, milk, fish, meat and vegetables. Vitamin H, also known as biotin, can promote skin metabolism, improve rough skin, prevent hair loss, seborrheic dermatitis, polymorphic acne (acne), etc. It is found in foods such as liver, egg yolk, milk, and yeast.
