Oral prescription

1. 26 grams of Polygonum multiflorum, 10 grams each of Angelica sinensis and Sophora japonica flower, 16 grams of Rehmannia root, 12 grams of Salvia miltiorrhiza, 5 grams of sesame seed, 3 grams each of scorpion and cicada shell. Take it in decoction, 1 dose per day.

2. 9 grams each of raw rehmannia, cooked rehmannia, angelica, Polygonum multiflorum, and Uncaria rhynchophylla, 4 grams each of asparagus, Lycium bark, and Scutellaria baicalensis, and 15 grams of Tribulus terrestris. Take it in decoction, 1 dose per day.

3. 20 grams each of Codonopsis pilosula and Astragalus membranaceus, 15 grams each of Atractylodes macrocephala and Poria cocos, 12 grams each of Angelica sinensis and Salvia miltiorrhiza, 10 grams each of Cimicifuga heracleifolia and Bupleurum chinense. Take it in decoction, 1 dose per day.

For external use

1. Take 100g each of Atractylodes lancea and Rehmannia root, 50g each of Schizonepeta tenuifolia and Paeonia lactiflora, decoct in water and use to wash the affected area once in the morning and evening each day.

2. Add 15 grams each of Rehmannia glutinosa, Polygonum multiflorum, 90 grams of Artemisia argyi and 30 grams of Saposhnikovia divaricata to water and boil for 15 minutes. Fumigate the affected area first and then wash it.

3. Add 100 grams of salt to 1000 ml of rice water, boil it in a pot for 5 to 10 minutes. When the temperature of the solution is appropriate, apply it to the affected area, once in the morning and once in the evening, each time for 1 to 3 minutes.

Diet therapy

1. 60 grams of Adenophora Root, 30 grams of Asparagus Cochinchinensis, 6 grams of Angelica Sinensis, and 1 pig lung (cut into slices). Stew and eat.

2. Take 100 grams of kelp and 250 grams of pork ribs. Wash the kelp, chop the pork ribs, add appropriate amount of water and cook until well-cooked, then season with salt. Eat it in several times a day, and then eat it again after a few days.

3. 50 grams of black sesame seeds, 2 eggs, and 60 ml of honey. Grind black sesame seeds into a paste, add eggs and mix well. Then add honey and take warm in two doses.
