There are small red bumps on the legs

Some people have small red bumps on their legs, but they don't feel anything, don't hurt or itch, and they don't know what causes them. Especially in autumn and winter, the skin becomes abnormally dry and produces a lot of dandruff. Many girls don't dare to wear skirts for this reason, fearing that others will see their skin like this. So, what is the matter with the small red bumps on the legs? Is there any solution?

The small red bumps on the legs are most likely caused by a disease called keratosis follicularis, which is mainly related to genetic factors. You can take some Divi cream or Vitalin cream to inhibit the production of substances such as keratosis follicularis. If you are worried, you can consult a doctor.

1. The thigh pores are large and have small bumps, and they feel very rough to the touch. This is due to excessive keratinization of the hair follicle openings, which is medically called follicular keratosis, and the cause is mainly related to genetics. For treatment, you can use Differin gel, low concentration (0.01% or 0.03%) Divi cream or Vitalmin cream. The main functions of these drugs are to promote the renewal of hair follicle epithelium, prevent blockage of keratin plugs, and inhibit the production of keratin.

2. In autumn and winter, the skin on your legs will become dry and flaky, and there will be small red spots on your legs. This is a common phenomenon and is not unique to you. You can reduce the frequency and duration of your baths appropriately, because there are fewer sebaceous glands on the skin of your legs. Using hot water and soap to remove the oil on the skin will make the skin of your legs appear drier. You can apply 0.02% urine lipid externally (all major hospitals’ dermatology departments can make their own) to moisturize the skin, and you will definitely feel satisfied after using it.

There are small red spots on the legs. Things to note in daily life:

1. When bathing, apply soap or shower gel containing exfoliating ingredients to the affected area and scrub gently with a bath brush to remove keratin plugs in the pores.

2. If the symptoms of small red spots on the legs are mild, you should apply a moisturizer or lotion containing fruit acid or exfoliating ingredients as soon as possible after bathing. In principle, it is not excessive to apply it six or seven times a day. However, pay special attention to the labels when choosing.

3. If the symptoms of small red spots on the legs are more obvious, you can use a cream containing urea and salicylic acid after bathing, apply it to the affected area, and brush it with a loofah for 5 seconds every day. If there is no irritation, you can increase it by 5 seconds every week, up to a maximum of 20 seconds each time per day. When the papules are no longer obvious, the frequency of brushing can be reduced to once or twice a week, and a cream without salicylic acid can be used as a moisturizer instead.

Small red pimples on the legs can also be considered a disease, but the harm of this disease is not very great, it will only affect the patient's appearance. It should be noted that patients should not squeeze these small red bumps, otherwise the pores will become inflamed and infected. However, if accompanied by other abnormalities, it is recommended to go to a dermatology hospital for treatment.
