Principle of variable frequency air conditioner

Principle of variable frequency air conditioner

The earth is constantly rotating every day, so there are changes of day and night and the changing of seasons. Of course, not all places have four seasons. For example, the Arctic has ice and snow all year round and there are no hot summers. The Antarctic is also a special place on Earth. Therefore, human activities are not in these places. But whether it is a cold winter or a hot summer, the biting cold wind and the scorching heat make people feel helpless.

It is for this reason that air conditioning came into being. It greatly satisfies people's needs for enjoying life. Of course, with the continuous advancement of technology, high-tech things are also slowly improving. Air conditioning is one of them. Air conditioners are also constantly changing, because the air conditioners in the past were effective and had immediate results. But the power consumption is a big concern. What about variable frequency air conditioners? Variable frequency air conditioners can be roughly divided into: AC variable frequency and DC variable frequency.

AC variable frequency air conditioner uses AC variable frequency compressor, which adjusts voltage conversion twice. Compared with fixed frequency compressor, there is no starting capacitor, so the circuit loss is reduced, thus achieving the purpose of saving electricity.

DC inverter air conditioners use DC digital variable speed compressors, which only undergo one voltage conversion. Similar to DC motors, they eliminate copper losses in the circuit, so they can save 18-40% of electricity compared to AC inverters, demonstrating the superiority of DC inverter technology.

Simply put, a variable frequency air conditioner adds a frequency converter to the structure of a conventional air conditioner. The compressor is the heart of the air conditioner, and its speed directly affects the efficiency of the air conditioner. The inverter is a control system used to control and adjust the speed of the compressor, so that it is always in the best speed state, thereby improving the energy efficiency ratio (saving 20% to 30% more energy than conventional air conditioners). Inverter air conditioner has the following characteristics:

① The starting current is small, the speed gradually increases, and the starting current is 1/7 of that of conventional air conditioners;

② There is no problem of sudden changes in temperature, because the variable frequency air conditioner gradually reduces the speed as the temperature approaches the set temperature, gradually reaches the set temperature and maintains low-frequency operation that is balanced with the loss of cooling capacity, so that the indoor temperature remains stable;

③ The noise is lower than that of conventional air conditioners, because the variable frequency air conditioner uses a dual-rotor compressor, which greatly reduces the rotation imbalance and makes the vibration of the outdoor unit very small, about 1/2 of that of conventional air conditioners;

④ The cooling and heating speed is 1 to 2 times faster than conventional air conditioners. The variable frequency air conditioner adopts electronic expansion throttling technology. The microprocessor can control the opening degree of the valve according to the information collected by temperature sensors installed at multiple locations such as the inlet and outlet of the expansion valve and the suction pipe of the compressor, so as to achieve the purpose of rapid cooling and heating.

The above introduces relevant information about the principles of variable frequency air conditioners. It is precisely because of this information that it can help you better use variable frequency air conditioners, which is the so-called making the best use of everything. Of course, although air conditioning is good, everyone should also be careful, because there are many people suffering from "air-conditioning disease". The main reason is that the human body needs a certain amount of time to transform the environment, and cannot be hot and cold.
