Reasons for frequent nosebleeds

Many people usually have nosebleeds. When such a problem occurs, it needs to be improved in time, otherwise it will cause some damage to oneself. Common nosebleeds are caused by hot weather. Sometimes nosebleeds also have other reasons. Therefore, if nosebleeds occur frequently, it is necessary to check in time. What is the reason for frequent nosebleeds?

Many people don’t know the reasons for frequent nosebleeds, so when this problem occurs, they don’t know how to treat it. This requires improvement according to their own problems, which will not harm their health.

Frequent nosebleeds:

Trauma: Trauma to the nose and sinus may be combined with fracture of the anterior cranial fossa or middle cranial fossa, damage to the anterior ethmoid artery or internal carotid artery, and generally cause severe bleeding, which is life-threatening. Blood vessel damage during nose or sinus surgery is not discovered in time or properly treated, or nose picking or forceful shaking of the nose. Severe sneezing, foreign bodies in the nasal cavity, nasal intubation, and rapid changes in air pressure can damage the nasal mucosa and blood vessels, which can all cause bleeding.

Nasal and sinus inflammation: Various nasal and sinus inflammations can cause bleeding due to damage to blood vessels by mucosal lesions.

Tumor: Malignant tumors of the nose, sinuses or nasopharynx ulcerate and bleed. In the early stage, there is often repeated bleeding in small amounts. In the late stage, the destruction of large blood vessels can cause heavy bleeding. The bleeding of benign vascular tumors such as nasopharyngeal angiofibroma and hemangioma is generally more severe. Therefore, for nosebleeds, not only large amounts of bleeding need to be paid attention to, but also small amounts of bleeding should be more vigilant. When a small amount of nosebleed is found, the cause of the bleeding must be carefully found.

Nasal septum lesions: Various types of nasal septum deviation, nasal septum erosion, ulcer or perforation are common causes of bleeding.

Through the above introduction, we have some understanding of the causes of frequent nosebleeds. Therefore, to improve the problem of nosebleeds, it is also necessary to see whether there are some diseases in the nose. If so, they need to be improved in time, so that this kind of problem can be improved. Moreover, it takes some time to treat the problem of nosebleeds.
