First move

Cross your fingers and rub them back and forth until they are slightly warm. Do this 5 to 6 times a day.

The second approach


Stand or sit, stretch your arms out to the sides, spread your fingers, and do this 5 to 6 times a day, each time for half a minute.

The third move

Hold a cup filled with water, lift it up and then let it hang naturally. Do this 5 to 6 times a day, 20 times each time.
