Dangerous way 2: Not seeking medical treatment when you are sick.

The survey shows that nearly half of the people buy medicine themselves when they are sick, and one-third of them simply ignore any superficial "minor ailments".

Many working people’s illnesses are delayed and the best time for treatment is missed. Some illnesses are masked by the superficial relief effects of drugs and accumulate into serious illnesses.

Dangerous way 4: skipping breakfast.

As the pace of work quickens, having a breakfast that meets nutritional requirements has become a luxury for office white-collar workers. Among the respondents, only 219 people ate breakfast regularly and in accordance with nutritional requirements. It has become a common phenomenon to skip breakfast or just eat a few bites at a time.

Dangerous way 5: Lack of communication with family.

More than 41% of office workers seldom communicate with their families. Even if their family members take the initiative to show concern, 32% of them often just deal with it. In the absence of communication, guidance and catharsis, the mental stress of office workers is increasing day by day.

Dangerous way 6: Staying in air-conditioned environment for a long time.

At work, more than 70% of people stay in air-conditioned rooms almost all year round except when they go out to do business. The "greenhouse people" have reduced body regulation and disease resistance.

Dangerous way 7: Sitting still for a long time.

Among the respondents, 542 people had the working habit of not standing up easily once they sat down unless they went to the toilet. Sitting for a long time is not good for blood circulation and will cause many metabolic and cardiovascular diseases. Sitting in a fixed posture for a long time is also an important factor in the development of cervical and lumbar vertebrae.

Dangerous way 8: Not ensuring enough sleep.

More than 60% of people often cannot get 8 hours of sleep, and another 7% often suffer from insomnia.

Dangerous way 9: Spending too long in front of the computer.

31% of people often use computers for more than 8 hours a day. In addition to radiation, excessive use and dependence on computers also make eye diseases, lumbar and cervical spondylosis, and mental illnesses very common among office workers.

Dangerous way 10: Irregular meals.

More than one-third of people cannot ensure that they have three meals on time, and less than half of them ensure that they have three meals at regular times and in regular quantities.
