Looking at sub-health from the perspective of hair

Looking at sub-health from the perspective of hair

Thinning hair:

It could be a sign of too much or too little thyroid secretion. The hormones secreted by the thyroid gland regulate metabolic activities in the body, including hair growth. If the condition of the thyroid gland causes a disruption in protein metabolism, it can lead to hair loss and thinning hair. A poor diet or malnutrition due to overeating may also lead to thinning hair.

Hair loss:

Iron deficiency may be present. Due to the body's natural cycle, we lose 40-100 hairs every day. However, if you find that your hair loss is accelerating, you should check whether you have a mild iron deficiency.

Limp or dry hair:

Lack of moisture. Healthy hair stretches apart from each other, but without proper diet, each hair follicle cannot retain moisture better at the molecular level. At this time, you can eat more healthy fats, such as mackerel and trout, which contain fatty acids that help moisturize hair.

Hair lacks luster:

Lack of vitamin B. Hair that loses its luster is usually due to a lack of vitamin B, a key substance that allows oils to work effectively. You can try taking some vitamin B supplements. Foods rich in vitamin B include animal liver, beans and brown rice.

Oily hair:

It could be due to overdrinking milk. Some hair researchers believe that oily hair is caused by drinking too much milk, yogurt and other dairy drinks. The solution is very simple and it will take effect within 1 week after you stop drinking dairy products.

Hair not growing:

Food allergies may exist. This situation may be a symptom of food allergy, which may shorten the hair growth cycle and cause the hair to stop growing prematurely. The most common allergy is to dairy products, for which allergy testing is necessary. If you don't wash your hair regularly, the buildup of oil will affect your hair growth.

Split ends of hair:

Lack of minerals or vitamins. This may be due to the lack of several mineral elements or vitamins necessary for the human body. Pay attention to the food you eat and eat more protein-rich foods, which will help change the phenomenon of split ends of hair.

Excessive Dandruff:

Fungal allergy. There are small amounts of fungi on the human scalp and skin, but people with a lot of dandruff have more than 25% of these fungi distributed on the scalp. Excessive fungi stimulate the scalp and produce excessive dandruff. To reduce dandruff, you can use some medicated shampoos, such as strong shampoos containing salicylic acid, which have a certain effect.
