How to prevent headaches in the morning

3. Be careful to prevent cold weather. When the weather is cold or the climate changes suddenly, you should pay attention to keeping warm and wear a hat or headscarf when going out. Normally, you should not sleep in the wind or in the rain. Women should take special precautions during menstruation.

4. Migraine may be related to the consumption of foods containing tyrosine, such as cheese, chocolate, beer and high-fat foods. You should try to eat less or no such foods. Avoid spicy food, tobacco and alcohol. It is advisable to eat light, delicious and easily digestible food, eat more fresh vegetables and fruits, and keep the bowel movements smooth.
