Harm mode 6: Being in air-conditioned environment for a long time. At work, more than 70% of people stay in air-conditioned rooms almost all year round except when they go out to do business. The "greenhouse people" have reduced body regulation and disease resistance.

Harmful method 7: Sitting still for a long time. Among the respondents, 542 people had the working habit of not standing up easily once they sat down unless they went to the toilet. Sitting for a long time is not good for blood circulation and will cause many metabolic and cardiovascular diseases. Sitting in a fixed posture for a long time is also an important factor in the development of cervical and lumbar vertebrae.

Harm 8: Failure to guarantee sleep time. More than 60% of people often cannot get 8 hours of sleep, and another 7% often suffer from insomnia.

Harm method 9: Spending too much time in front of the computer. 31% of people often use computers for more than 8 hours a day. In addition to radiation, excessive use and dependence on computers also make eye diseases, lumbar and cervical spondylosis, and mental illnesses very common among office workers.

Dangerous way 10: Irregular meals. More than one-third of people cannot ensure that they have three meals on time, and less than half of them ensure that they have three meals at regular times and in regular quantities.
