Indications: Insomnia, eye pain, headache, heartache, epilepsy, neurasthenia, irregular menstruation, enuresis, etc. The three Wangu points are located below the mastoid bone, hence the name Wangu. Location: Located in the depression one finger width below and behind the convex bone behind the ear. Indications: Insomnia, headache, pain behind the ear, cheek swelling, facial paralysis, etc. Regularly massaging the acupoints that help us sleep will improve our insomnia problem to a certain extent.
