There are some additives in sweets that can make people extremely excited after eating, so many people like to eat sweets very much. However, if you want to have a good body, try not to eat too many sweets, because excessive intake of sugar is not easy to consume, and it will accumulate as fat over time, which can easily cause weight gain and easily develop diseases such as hyperglycemia. Sweet foods do taste good, but if too much sugar is consumed every day and not consumed, it will eventually be converted into fat and stored. Over time, people will gradually gain weight. So, how fast does a person get fat? Suppose 6 teaspoons (unit of measurement: one teaspoon = 5 ml) of sugar are converted into fat every day, and this situation continues for a whole year. It is generally believed that each person's daily sugar intake should be less than 12 teaspoons, but the World Health Organization recommends reducing it to 6 teaspoons. For example, when making sweet and sour spare ribs, a little sucrose is added to the ribs to make them taste better. The sucrose here is an additional added sugar. Snacks and drinks that we often buy contain a considerable amount of sugar.

3. Share sweets with others

Many people cannot avoid the temptation of ice cream or sweet bread. In this case, you might as well share a dessert with a few people and order drinks without sugar to avoid a stronger appetite and a heavier taste.

4. The more natural the food, the better

When faced with many sweets to choose from, it is best to choose those that are close to natural.

For example, if you have a choice between chocolate, ice cream and red bean soup, choose red bean soup. If you must eat chocolate, the higher the cocoa concentration, the better. When there are three types of ice cream to choose from: yogurt, fruit, and a single flavor, fruit is the best choice.

People who like chocolate and cheesecake may want to eat fruits which are also sweet instead. Fruits are rich in vitamins and minerals and have the effect of nourishing the skin.

Nutritionists remind us that bananas, longans, lychees, watermelons, durians and mangoes are considered "mines" among fruits. They have a high sugar content and can easily lead to high levels of triglycerides in the blood, so it is best to avoid them.
