Keep your mood relaxed before going to bed every night, don't be overly sad or excited. Don't give yourself excuses by saying that something happened. Always adjust your mood before going to bed. If you know yoga, you can do a few simple movements before going to bed and listen to soothing music, which will naturally calm your mood.

Drink a cup of light tea or hot milk before turning off the lights and going to bed. Drinking milk will easily leave a bad taste in your mouth, ensuring that your body is not dehydrated that night and will not wake up in the middle of the night due to thirst. I have many friends who often run out to drink water in the middle of the night, and as a result they cannot fall asleep for a long time. Of course, you can't drink a lot of water, as it is easy to get up at night and affect your sleep.

Before going to bed, check that the doors and windows of your bedroom are closed to ensure that you can breathe fresh air without being disturbed. Why do I say so? Some people's bedrooms are close to the street, and there are horns of vehicles of all sizes. At this time, it is appropriate to close the windows and open the bedroom door. It will neither be noisy nor stuffy, the mind will not be affected, and the body can breathe fully. How can the sleep and health be bad?

Some people like to turn on the lights and listen to music when they go to bed, perhaps because they are afraid of the dark or quiet. Of course, that's fine, but it's better to have a dim light that is not glaring but a little hazy. Otherwise, you may think you are asleep, but your body is actually still functioning. This is why some people go to bed early but feel very sleepy. It is best to avoid playing music as much as possible. Haven’t you ever encountered a situation where what you were listening to triggered memories or certain thoughts, and you ended up really listening to music?

How to sleep well? It is best not to eat too much before going to bed, otherwise it will be difficult to fall asleep, and do not do too strenuous exercise. If you take a bath before going to bed and listen to soothing music while lying in bed, it will be easier to fall asleep. If you can't fall asleep because of something, it's best to divert your attention and think about other things, then you will fall asleep happily.
