1. Cold water face pack

2. Olive Oil and Water

For people with sensitive skin, if you have tried many moisturizers and none of them are ideal, you can mix half a cup of olive oil with half a cup of water and use it as a facial cleanser at night. It has a moisturizing and anti-sensitive effect.

3. Green Tea

[Ingredients] 1500 grams of water, 1 gram of green tea, 120 grams of fresh winter melon peel.

[Usage] Wash the winter melon peel first, put it in a pot, pour in clean water, boil it over high heat for 5 to 6 minutes, then brew green tea.

4. Chinese yam and pork ribs soup

Drink a spoonful of honey every day. You can drink it directly with water or spread it on bread, but do not heat it at high temperature to prevent skin allergies. People who are allergic to honey and infants under 1 year old should avoid using it.

6. Mung Bean and Licorice Soup

For skin sensitivity and itching caused by food allergies, you can drink mung bean licorice soup: preparation method: 0.5 kg of mung beans, 15 grams of licorice, add 5 bowls of water, bring to a boil and then simmer on low heat for about 40 minutes. After the mung beans are cooked, drink the soup and eat the beans without adding seasoning. This recipe has the effect of relieving sensitivity.
