In my country, skin tumor is a malignant tumor with a very low incidence rate, but it is a relatively common disease in white people in Europe and the United States. Although the incidence rate is relatively low, it is still possible to get it. Therefore, we should do a good job of prevention in our daily life. Once we find any symptoms, we must go to the hospital to seek medical help in time. So, what are the early symptoms of skin tumors? Early symptoms of skin tumors: 1. Skin ulcers that do not heal for a long time, come and go, or bleed slightly. 2. Any solar keratosis that causes bleeding, ulceration, or asymmetric nodules. 3. When ulcers or nodules appear on the skin or old scars that have been exposed to radiation in the past, or on the sinus tracts. 4. If red skin scars do not fade for a long time and show mild erosion, be alert to the possibility of carcinoma in situ. treat It is mainly applied topically, applied locally and injected locally. In the early years, 0.5% colchicine ointment was used for local application on tumors, with good results. In recent years, 5-Fu ointment and bleomycin ointment have also achieved good results. (1) Bleomycin: Generally, 0.1% or 2% ointment is used, applied 1 to 2 times a day, and generally has no side effects. The ointment can be stored at room temperature for 6 months without loss of potency. (2) Fluorouracil: Generally, 0.5% ointment is used clinically, applied 1 to 2 times a day. It is very effective for superficial basal cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma in situ. 2. Systemic treatment (1) Indications: Systemic chemotherapy is required for squamous cell carcinoma that develops on the basis of existing scars, squamous cell carcinoma at the junction of the skin and mucosa, patients with impaired immune function, and those with regional lymph node and distant metastasis. (2) BLM is more effective for outward-proliferating squamous cell carcinoma. The dosage is 10 mg injected intramuscularly or intravenously, twice a week, with 300-400 mg as a course of treatment. (3) PEP (petomycin): It is not only sensitive to primary lesions, but also has an efficacy of about 30% in cases of lymph node metastasis. Usage: 5 mg once, 6 times a week, intramuscular injection, stop for 1 day, repeat 5 to 7 times. (4) Combined use of DDP and ADM: The chemotherapy method is intravenous drip of DDP 75 mg/m2, combined with hydration, that is, large-scale infusion and diuretics, ADM 50 mg + injection water 40 ml injected within 5 minutes. After a 3-week break, all patients received adequate chemotherapy, and the remission rate during chemotherapy was 87%. If you want to prevent skin tumors, you should avoid contact with anything containing chemical substances at work or in your daily life, such as asphalt, tar, etc., because these substances are highly carcinogenic. When you go out, you should wear sunscreen, avoid exposing your body to the sun for a long time, and pay attention to electronic radiation. Especially those who work with radiation should pay more attention. |
