When is the best time to drink water?

Water is an indispensable part of our lives and it is also the substance that accounts for the highest percentage in the human body. Nowadays, the pace of life is fast and many people are in sub-health. People's metabolism is weakening, the body's resistance is decreasing, and they are prone to colds and constipation. A large part of the reason for this is lack of water, because only with water can nutrients be transmitted and the human body runs smoothly. There is a best time to drink water, so when is it?

Once a person is dehydrated, it will cause constipation, dry skin, fatigue, hunger, headache, dizziness, lung and urinary tract infections, joint stiffness and other symptoms. To ensure normal physiological metabolism, a person must drink an appropriate amount of water every day.

The amount of water we drink every day must be balanced with the water consumption in the body, so it is recommended that the normal daily water intake is at least about 1500ml, about 8 large cups;

Every morning at 6:30; drink a glass of water after getting up to help the body detoxify and promote blood circulation.

9:00 am; Drink a glass of water before work to calm your mind and improve work efficiency.

11:00 am; drink a glass of water during work breaks to relieve fatigue, relax and replenish water.

12:50 noon; Drink a glass of water half an hour after lunch to promote digestion and stay in shape.

3:00 p.m.; Drink a glass of water in the afternoon to refresh your mind and boost your spirits.

6:00 p.m.; Drink a glass of water before leaving get off work to increase satiety and help lose weight.

7:30 p.m.; Drink a glass of water half an hour after dinner to aid digestion.

9:30 p.m.; drink a glass of water before going to bed to replenish the water needed for the night. Don't drink too much water at once, so as not to have to go to the bathroom frequently at night and affect your sleep quality.

After getting up in the middle of the night, you can drink a sip of water to replenish the water consumed during long sleep. At this point, about 2000cc of water has been consumed in a day, which can fully meet the needs of the human body.

Drinking boiled water is a good habit, but you cannot drink water as soon as it is boiled, because tap water is disinfected by chlorination. The chlorine combines with the organic matter remaining in the water to produce a variety of carcinogenic compounds such as halogenated hydrocarbons and chloroform.

When boiling water, you might as well take three steps: first, let the tap water sit for a while before boiling it; open the kettle lid when the water is about to boil; finally, wait for 3 minutes after the water boils before turning off the heat. This will reduce the chlorine content in the water to a safe drinking standard, making it truly "boiled water."

If you don't drink water all the time, you will have no desire to drink water, and your body will become more and more dehydrated. So don't wait until you are thirsty to drink water. Bring a bottle of water with you when you go out to play, and put a few more water cups on the tables in the office and at home. This way you can develop the habit of drinking water at any time, and replenish water in time after taking a shower and exercising.
