(3) Beta-adrenergic receptor blockers, propranolol can be used to relieve the patient's autonomic hyperactivity symptoms.

(4) Buspirone is effective in treating generalized anxiety disorder and has no side effects such as drowsiness.

2. Psychological treatment: It is the basic method for treating this disease. Commonly used methods include:

(1) Group psychotherapy;

(2) group psychotherapy;

(3) Individual psychotherapy;

Psychotherapy involves doctors systematically explaining the medical knowledge of the disease to patients so that they can have a full understanding of the disease and analyze the causes of their illness, seek countermeasures, eliminate hypochondria, reduce anxiety and worries, and break the vicious cycle. Symptoms: easily frightened, restless, dreamy and easily awakened, palpitations, loss of appetite, and aversion to loud noises. The tongue is usually normal, and the pulse is thin and rapid or stringy and thin.

Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment for anxiety disorder: ① Ningshen Dingzhi Pills, 9 grams each time, twice a day, with warm water. ② Jieyu Anshen Granules, 10-20 grams each time, twice a day, with warm water.

2. Phlegm-heat disturbing the mind type

Symptoms: Panic, restlessness, insomnia, frequent dreams and easy to be startled, bitter taste in the mouth and dizziness, chest fullness and discomfort, irritability and restlessness. The tongue is red with yellow and greasy coating, and the pulse is slippery and rapid.

Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment for anxiety disorder: ① Niuhuang Qingxin Pills, 3-6 grams each time, twice a day, with warm water. ②Anshen Wendan Pills, 6-9 grams each time, twice a day, with warm water.

This disease still needs to be adjusted by the patients themselves, that is to say, drug treatment and psychological adjustment are inseparable and complement each other.
