After exercise, do not drink all the water in one breath, because your heart rate and breathing will be fast after exercise. Drinking a lot of water will increase the load on your heart and affect your respiratory function. This will make it difficult to quench your thirst and is not conducive to absorption. If it is 500 ml of water, it is best to drink it slowly within 40 minutes, so that it is conducive to gastrointestinal absorption.
