1. Press the temples with the thumbs of both hands, curl the other four fingers, and use the radial side (the side close to the thumb) of the C-shape formed by the index fingers to scrape the forehead from the center of the forehead to the temples. After scraping once, move upwards, starting from above the eyebrows and scraping all the way to the front hairline. Repeat this process three times from bottom to top. Finally, use your thumb to massage your temples, moving clockwise with your left hand and coordinating with your right hand, for ten times.

2. Press the thumbs of both hands on the junction of the lower earlobe and the face, and massage along the ridge of the jaw with both hands at the same time, with the left hand in a clockwise direction and the right hand coordinating, all the way to the chin. Finally, pinch your chin with the thumb and index finger of one hand, and pinch the muscles above the chin three times. This counts as one time, and repeat three times.

3. Use the thenar of both hands to press the depressions below the cheekbones and make large circular massages. Move the left hand in a clockwise direction and cooperate with the right hand. At the same time, slightly open your teeth and relax your upper and lower jaws. Massage ten circles, stop for about 5 seconds, and then repeat the massage. Repeat three times.

4. Lift the cheeks to eliminate nasolabial folds

Relax the zygomatic major and minor muscles of the cheeks to make smiling easier. This action can also relax the muscles around the jaw joint, so it can also relieve problems such as excessive force when chewing. Start from the bottom of the cheekbones, lift the muscles while massaging. Place your index and middle fingers under the cheekbones, lift the muscles from bottom to top, and massage with your fingers. After 3 seconds, slowly push up the cheekbones. Change the position from inside to outside and divide it into 4 places on the left and right, and press, knead and lift them respectively.

Through repeated massage using the above techniques, your face will be able to quickly regain vitality and eliminate fatigue. Keeping in good health is so simple.
