Never use them as is. When choosing a toothbrush for cleaning dentures, it is best to use one that is specifically designed for cleaning dentures.

If dentures are left dry for a long time, they will become deformed. When you are not wearing your dentures, you should soak them in a solution of detergent or place them in water. Always remember, do not put dentures in hot water. Dentures are mostly made of high-molecular organic resin materials, which will soften faster when soaked in hot water. Ultrasonic cleaning of dentures is also a good way to clean dentures. But even with ultrasonic cleaning, daily denture cleaning cannot be replaced.
