Causes of death from heart failure

Causes of death from heart failure

Some people say that staying up late often can lead to sudden death. In fact, such sudden death does not mean that our body and various organs are working non-stop, but that they may stop working due to insufficient energy. Moreover, most sudden deaths are caused by transient shock due to excessive heart pressure. Death is caused by lack of timely treatment. So what is the cause of sudden cardiac death?

There are several reasons for sudden death:

1. Myocardial infarction Acute myocardial infarction can quickly cause shock, coma, and even sudden death.

2. Cerebral hemorrhage Hypertensive patients are prone to cerebral hemorrhage. The blood accumulates in the skull and cannot be discharged, compressing the brain tissue and causing sudden death.

3. Pulmonary embolism: blood clots form and embolize in the pulmonary artery, causing sudden death.

4. Overeating and alcoholism are the causes of acute necrotizing pancreatitis, which can cause pancreatic hemorrhage, necrosis, and overflow, leading to autodigestion.

5. Asthma Asthma patients suffer from sudden and strong contraction of the respiratory tract under the attack of certain irritants, and unfortunately die.

6. Allergy to penicillin and procaine can easily cause drug allergy, resulting in anaphylactic shock and death in patients.

7. Sudden death syndrome This disease is more common in young people (17 to 40 years old), and all examinations before death are normal. The cause may be related to abnormal sodium ion channel metabolism.

8. The clinical manifestation of staphylococcal purpura fulminans is a sudden deterioration of the condition during the recovery process of respiratory tract infection, and most patients die from toxic shock.

9. Overdose of drugs and certain medicines can also easily cause sudden death.

10. Cardiogenic and non-cardiogenic diseases, the former is the most common, especially coronary heart disease, acute myocardial infarction is the most common, less common are obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, aortic dissection, hypokalemia, acute myocarditis, cardiomyopathy and aortic valve disease, mitral valve prolapse syndrome, drugs, electrolyte disorders, etc. caused by long QT syndrome, etc.
