What are the advantages and disadvantages of running

Daily running is a simple exercise for us, but running is indeed a sport that requires knowledge. Only by persisting in a gradual, scientific and healthy way of running can we achieve the effects we want. Now many people's health indicators have started to light up, and everyone has begun to regard running as a form of fitness exercise. There is nothing wrong with running as an exercise, but not everyone is suitable for running. Let's take a look at the advantages and disadvantages of running.

Running has countless benefits: reduces the risk of heart disease, diabetes, cancer, and stroke; lowers blood pressure and increases high-density cholesterol levels; helps lose fat and maintain weight; increases muscle mass, strengthens bones, and prevents osteoporosis; reduces daily fatigue, relieves back pain, inhibits constipation, and ensures good sleep; maintains a good figure and improves body image; relieves stress and anxiety, and cultivates an optimistic, resilient, and peaceful attitude.

If you exercise for too long or run too often, you will produce free radicals that damage cells. Carol Caplin of the Smart Living health club takes a similar view. "Most people think cellulite is something they can get rid of," she said. "It's not the case. Exercise is a 'good' stress on the body. However, high-intensity, effective exercise, such as running, can complicate cellulite because lymphatic drainage becomes a necessary consequence of the increased stress."

Although running is a very simple sport that anyone can do and that exercises every part of the body, it has now become a means of exercise for the entire population to defend against disease. However, before exercising, you must pay attention to whether you are suitable for such exercise, so that you can achieve the purpose of exercise.
