Sweating on the back is a very common phenomenon, and there are many reasons for it. However, in general, most people do not take it seriously. If the sweating on the back is severe, you must actively seek treatment. Sometimes sweating on the back is caused by disease. It is very important and critical to go to the hospital for examination and treatment in time. Failure to treat it in time will lead to worsening of the condition. Why is my back sweating all the time? The first thing I need to say is that if you sweat frequently, you may have kidney deficiency. Symptoms of kidney deficiency include frequent back pain and sweating. Of course, if we sweat frequently, we cannot simply assume that we have kidney deficiency. Other symptoms of kidney deficiency include memory loss, frequent insomnia and nightmares, and low back pain are the main symptoms. The impact on the reproductive organs can cause impotence and premature ejaculation, frequent urination, loss of appetite, sweating, and susceptibility to colds. Therefore, if we have these symptoms, we can preliminarily determine whether it is kidney deficiency. In addition to kidney deficiency, other causes of sweating include diabetes, hyperthyroidism, hypoglycemia, tumors, or tuberculosis, which can all cause us to sweat frequently. Therefore, if we sweat frequently and it is a normal physiological phenomenon, we must pay attention to go to the hospital for examination in time. Note: If sweating is normal, we don’t need to worry too much, but if our frequent sweating is due to some disease, we need to pay great attention to it and go to the hospital in time to check and treat our disease. What should I do if my back keeps sweating? 1. Longan and ginseng drink: take 30 grams of longan pulp, 6 grams of ginseng and 30 grams of rock sugar. First wash the longan flesh and cut the ginseng into thin slices. Then put them together with rock sugar in a bowl, add appropriate amount of water, and steam them in a steamer for about an hour. Take them out and let them cool before eating. Eat them in two times a day, one dose a day. It is suitable for people with qi deficiency and night sweats. 2. Tremella and Red Dates Soup: Take 30 grams of Tremella, 20 grams of red dates and an appropriate amount of rock sugar. First soak the white fungus in warm water, remove the stems, wash it and tear it into small pieces. Wash and tear the red dates. Put the two herbs into a pot and add appropriate amount of water. Simmer over low heat until the white fungus and red dates are cooked. Add rock sugar and dissolve and mix well. It is ready to be served. Each dose can be taken in two times. It is suitable for people with yin deficiency and night sweats. 3. For the ginseng and Poria porridge, take 10 grams of ginseng, 20 grams of white Poria, 10 grams of ginger, 100 grams of polished rice, and appropriate amounts of salt and MSG. First, add appropriate amount of water to ginseng, poria cocos and ginger and boil them, remove the juice and keep the residue for later use, then wash the japonica rice clean, add it to the juice and cook porridge over low heat. When the porridge is cooked, add salt and MSG and mix well. Eat it in two doses on an empty stomach, one dose per day. It is suitable for people with night sweats due to qi deficiency. |
