Will drinking coffee cause spots?

Coffee is a beverage made from coffee beans. It is popular in Europe, America and the Western region. In my country, although there are people who drink coffee, relatively speaking, more people drink tea. In fact, drinking coffee has many disadvantages. If you drink coffee for a long time, it will break the balance between antioxidants and free radicals in the body, which will have a great impact on people's blood sugar and other related conditions. However, whether or not you get spots on your face has no direct relationship with drinking coffee.

There are hundreds of substances in coffee, some known and some unknown. Many people around the world drink coffee, but there is no report that coffee will make people's skin darker. Of course, if you are not sure, you can choose not to drink it or drink less. Excessive coffee consumption by patients with stomach problems may cause the disease to worsen. Drinking a lot of coffee affects appetite, may cause vomiting and cramps, and may also cause gastritis and thick and greasy tongue coating, which will make the body feel tired and weak. If pregnant women drink too much coffee, it may cause fetal malformation or miscarriage; if breastfeeding women drink coffee, the caffeine will enter the child's body through breast milk, making the child irritable and unable to sleep.

If people who are deficient in vitamin B1 drink too much coffee, coffee will destroy the absorbed vitamin B1 which helps maintain the balance and stability of the nervous system; if cancer patients drink too much coffee, it will cause cancer to normal people. Too much caffeine in the body can have negative effects on the nervous system and can cause insomnia, trembling hands and slurred speech. Drinking a lot of coffee increases urine volume, harms the bladder, and may cause urinary tract infections. Drinking more coffee than you are accustomed to can have a similar effect as taking the same dose of a stimulant and can cause jitteriness. For people prone to anxiety disorders, caffeine can make symptoms such as sweaty palms, palpitations, and tinnitus worse.

Generally speaking, if you suffer from coronary heart disease or high blood pressure, you should not drink coffee. Also, if you suffer from arteriosclerosis, you should not drink large amounts of coffee. Some middle-aged and elderly women should try not to drink coffee, otherwise they are more likely to suffer from osteoporosis. People with gastrointestinal diseases should not drink coffee, otherwise their gastrointestinal diseases may worsen.
