What to do when you are tired? Learn to adjust yourself

Usually we can take a proper rest when we are physically tired, but what should we do when we are mentally tired? The increasing pressure in society and the unhappiness in life and family will make our hearts more and more tired. If we are mentally tired, we need to learn to self-regulate, learn to release stress, and go out more often.

1. People who are mentally tired should learn to adapt to the environment . Don't stare into the darkness alone. Adapt to the crowd, adapt to life, and don't care too much about other people's applause, wreaths and cheers. Don't punish yourself for the mistakes of others. You must constantly expand your psychological space in order to experience the happiness and joy that life itself brings you.
