Calcification of the nuchal ligament is a type of cervical spondylosis. When palpating the back of the neck of a patient with cervical spondylosis, a hard cord-like object can often be felt along the spinous process. If you touch it carefully, you may sometimes find a "peeling" phenomenon. This is the so-called calcification of the nuchal ligament. So, how should it be treated?

1: Traction, physical therapy, massage and other therapies to relax muscles and activate blood circulation. Medium frequency electrotherapy combined with acupuncture and massage is the most effective.

2. Drug treatment: mainly anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs such as Celebrex, one pill a day after meals

Three: Functional exercise:

3. Cervical spondylosis rehabilitation exercises can improve the blood circulation of the patient's neck and loosen the soft tissues of adhesion and spasm. Many movements in cervical spondylosis rehabilitation exercises have unique therapeutic effects on cervical spondylosis; those without cervical spondylosis can play a preventive role. Posture: Spread your feet shoulder-width apart, let your arms hang naturally, relax your whole body, look straight ahead, breathe evenly, and you can stand or sit. 1. Rub your neck with your palms crossed and placed on the back of your neck, rubbing back and forth 100 times. 2. Look left and right and turn your head first to the left and then to the right. The amplitude should be large, and it is better to feel sore and swollen. 30 times.
