Berry tea has many health benefits, but you must also pay attention to the correct brewing method before drinking it. You must wash the tea once before brewing, and then pour out the first tea. Drinking berry tea correctly can help relieve pharyngitis, colds, toothaches and other problems. 1. The correct way to brew berry tea 1. Use a thermos cup to brew for better results. 2. Brew with 200-300 ml of boiling water, about 5 grams each time, and drink after 10 minutes. 3. 2-3 times a day. 4. It can be brewed repeatedly for 3 times and then refilled with water after drinking. Warm reminder: Due to differences in water temperature, water volume, amount of tea leaves, and brewing time, the taste will be different and will affect the drinking effect. Note: Wash the tea once before brewing, that is, brew with boiling water and pour out the first tea immediately. 2. Distinguishing good from bad / berry tea Because berry tea was discovered relatively late and is unique to Zhangjiajie, there is no unified grading standard yet. Combined with the growth characteristics, shape and taste of berry tea, it is now mainly divided into four levels, named after the popular levels, namely original leaf, special grade, premium grade and top grade. Features of each level: 1. Original berry tea leaves: picked when the berry tea grows and matures, usually in the late Qingming Festival, with large leaves, black color, few and thick tea stems, strong taste, slow sweetness, and good brewing resistance; 2. Special berry tea: picked slightly earlier than the original berry tea leaves, generally in the middle of Qingming Festival, with small leaves, grayish white in color, many tea stems, and average taste with a sweet aftertaste; 3. Premium berry tea: picked in the early Qingming Festival, the leaves are tender, white in color, with small tea stems, usually the tea leaves are in the shape of a whole plant, with good taste and quick sweetness; 4. Top-grade berry tea: picked before Qingming Festival, the leaves are small and broken, gray-black in color, with many tea stems, obvious tea fragrance, resistant to brewing, and rare in quantity. 3. Use berry tea/berry tea wisely Internal use 1. Pharyngitis: Drink strong tea warm, in big gulps, and swallow slowly for better results. 2.
