This is because the anal sphincter becomes relaxed during sleep, and the female pinworms crawl outside the anus to lay eggs, causing itching around the anus. 3. Hemorrhoids, anal fistula, rectal prolapse, proctitis and after anal surgery, the increased secretions around the anus will irritate the skin and cause inflammation, which will cause itching in the anus.

4. Anal skin diseases include perianal eczema, neurodermatitis, tinea cruris, anal warts, etc. For patients with hemorrhoids, feces often adhere to the hemorrhoids or in the folds of the anal skin, which can irritate the anus and cause itching.

5. In addition, there is a primary anal pruritus of unknown cause, which is a localized neurological dysfunctional skin disease.
