How to scrape the belly correctly

1. Square scraping board

The square scraping board (also called four-sided scraping board) is used for scraping, removing sha and unblocking the back meridians. Hold the scraping board at a 45-degree angle with the flat surface facing downward. Wherever there is a source of disease, red-purple bruises or dense red-purple bumps will appear in mild cases. In severe cases, blue-black lumps can be seen, and there will be pain. If there is no reaction, there is no lesion. The second scraping can be performed about 3 to 7 days later when the affected area is smooth, free of lumps and pain.

For other parts such as bones and joints, use the edge of the scraper to scrape. Generally, there will be pain in the affected area within two or three days after scraping. This is a normal reaction. If the scraping site is incorrect or the technique is improper, the above reaction will not occur.

2. Fish-shaped scraping board

A special facial scraping board designed according to the physiological structure of the human face. It is about 12 cm long, 3.5 cm wide at its widest point and 0.3 cm thick at its thickest point. It is made of ox horn and looks like a fish, which conforms to the bone structure of the human face and is convenient for scraping and unblocking meridians. Two fish-shaped scraping boards are usually used, one in each hand. Facial scraping is based on the bridge of the nose as the midline, and use a scraping board to scrape to the left and right sides respectively, from top to bottom, from inside to outside, first scrape the forehead, then the cheekbones, and finally the jaw. Because there are six meridians passing through the face and the acupoints are densely distributed, scraping can dredge the meridians and promote the circulation of qi and blood. When scraping, use light force, and stop at no sha. Scrape frequently, several times a day. After shaving, your face will feel hot, which is a normal reaction to the circulation of qi and blood.
