How to relieve dizziness, tinnitus and weakness in limbs

1. Pigeon Astragalus and Ginseng Soup

4. Four-color soup

Ingredients: 15 grams of tea chrysanthemum, 10 grams of wolfberry, 5 grams of licorice, and 10 grams of cassia seed.

Preparation: Add appropriate amount of water to the above four ingredients and boil them into a soup, then drink it as tea.

Efficacy: Suitable for hypertensive vertigo.
