What's the pain in my butt? Is it hemorrhoids?

1. Rectal distension:

3. Bleeding in stool:

4. Anal pain:

There are many nerves in the anus, which are more sensitive. People with hemorrhoids will feel burning, bloating and stinging pain before or after defecation. The symptoms will automatically subside after a few hours after defecation.

5. Tumor prolapse:

It often occurs in internal hemorrhoids. The hemorrhoids become larger, the submucosal layer and the anal layer are separated, and the stool of hemorrhoidal prolapse can be returned by itself after defecation in mild cases, but needs to be pushed back by hand in severe cases, and finally cannot be pushed back, causing incarceration at the anus.

6. Anal tumor prolapse:

The main symptoms of middle and late stage internal hemorrhoids are mainly due to the enlargement of hemorrhoidal nodules, which separate the mucosa and submucosal layer from the anal layer. During defecation, the internal hemorrhoids prolapse through the anus. In mild cases, they only prolapse outside the anus during defecation. In severe cases, they may prolapse when the abdominal pressure increases, such as by coughing, squatting, or exerting force.

7. Anal discharge:

It can overflow from the fistula, be discharged from the anus, or overflow from the skin around the anus.
