Subcutaneous lipoma

Subcutaneous lipoma

From the literal meaning, everyone should know what subcutaneous lipoma is. This type of tumor generally grows under the human skin and is a lump formed by the accumulation of fat. Common locations for this type of lipoma include the back, shoulders, buttocks, etc. Don’t be afraid when you hear about lipoma. In fact, this type of lipoma is a benign tumor and can be cured after treatment. However, the affected areas of lipoma patients we see are quite scary, so we can't help but feel scared.

There are still many people who don’t know about the disease called lipoma, especially in some remote mountain villages. If someone suffers from this disease, others will definitely think it is a terrible disease. Therefore, in order to relieve everyone's concerns and worries, we will now introduce in detail the causes of subcutaneous lipoma and related prevention methods.

Subcutaneous lipoma refers to "lipoma tumorigenic factor". There is also a tumorigenic factor in the patient's body cells. Under normal circumstances, this tumorigenic factor is in an inactivated state (inactive state). Subcutaneous lipoma will not develop under normal circumstances, but under the influence of various internal and external environmental factors, the activity of this lipoma tumorigenic factor is in an active state and has a certain activity. When the body's resistance decreases, the body's lymphocytes, mononuclear macrophages and other immune cells have a decreased ability to monitor tumorigenic factors. Coupled with changes in the body's internal environment, the stimulation of chronic inflammation, and the inducement of abnormal systemic fat metabolism, the activity of the lipoma tumorigenic factor is further enhanced and combined with certain gene fragments in the body's normal cells to form abnormal gene mutations, causing an abnormal proliferation of normal fat cells and surrounding tissue cells, leading to adipose tissue deposition, and a mass protruding to the body surface or various internal organs, which is called a lipoma.

First, start with a balanced diet: 1. Eat more fiber-containing foods because fiber has many important physiological functions. Such as: facilitating bowel movements, lowering blood cholesterol, lowering blood sugar, improving intestinal flora and preventing cancer. 2. Comprehensive diet: 1) Control the intake of fat in the diet. Some experts suggest that the energy provided by fat should not exceed 7-10% per day. 2) Increase the proportion of vegetables, fruits and cereals in the diet, and the dietary fiber intake should be greater than 30g/day. 3) Reduce the intake of animal foods such as eggs, meat, and milk. 4) Control the amount of salted, smoked and grilled foods in your diet, and avoid eating moldy and spoiled foods to reduce the intake of mutagens/carcinogens in food. Whether plant-based or animal-based, diversity and freshness are required. This dietary guideline is not only beneficial for the prevention of lipoma, but also meets the requirements of preventing other chronic diseases and promoting health.

Second: Avoid contact with other carcinogens as much as possible to achieve the purpose of prevention, thereby improving people's quality of life, and avoid eating donkey meat and dog meat.

This is the end of the introduction to subcutaneous lipoma. After reading the above introduction, do you have a more comprehensive understanding of this disease? If unfortunately a friend around you suffers from lipoma, don’t be too afraid or worried. This tumor will not cause too much harm. Believe that it can be cured after treatment.
