Cabbage is a popular dish. It is slightly cold in nature, sweet in taste, and has the function of detoxifying, removing heat, and promoting digestion. People who suffer from irritability, thirst, constipation, and yellow and scanty urine can eat cabbage regularly. Cabbage contains more crude fiber and vitamins A, B, and C, especially vitamin C. The cellulose in cabbage can promote the peristalsis of the intestinal wall, help digestion, and prevent dry stools.
