Allergen detection, 4 methods are the most accurate

Allergy is a common occurrence, especially when seasons change. In order to be better prepared to treat this disease, many patients choose allergen testing. From a clinical perspective, there are many methods for allergen detection, including MORA, prick test, patch test, serum IgE antibody test, etc.

1: MORA

Mora Biophysical Therapy Device uses bio-electromagnetic wave resonance technology for detection, diagnosis and desensitization treatment of allergens. Main diseases treated: eczema, urticaria, allergic purpura, allergic rhinitis, allergic asthma, contact dermatitis, allergic dermatitis. Diagnosis and treatment features: Painless and non-invasive detection of allergens; detection of more than 1,500 allergens within 1 hour; no medication is required during treatment unless there are special circumstances.

2 Prick test

After the allergen is injected into the dermis, it combines with the corresponding IgE on the surface of mast cells in the tissue, causing the release of vasoactive substances such as histamine in a short period of time, causing wheals and redness on the skin of the test area, thereby determining whether the patient is allergic to a certain substance.

3. Patch test

The patch test is to put the test object directly in contact with the skin to observe the skin reaction. It is often used to detect allergens of contact dermatitis. The patch test is a delayed reaction, and the results are observed 24-72 hours after the test. It is mainly used to detect contact dermatitis, eczema, cosmetic dermatitis and other diseases.

4. Serum IgE antibody detection

It is a method that uses enzymes instead of radioisotope-labeled anti-human IgE to measure specific IgE in samples. This method only requires a small amount of serum to test for multiple allergens. It is highly accurate and safe and convenient for patients. It is mainly used for the detection of allergic dermatitis, urticaria, eczema, bronchial asthma, allergic rhinitis and other diseases.
