How to clean sheep lungs

Many people in our daily life like to eat sheep lungs. Sheep lungs have high nutritional value and are good for people's health, but many people handle them improperly. This will cause the sheep lungs to have a stronger fishy smell, which will also affect the taste of the sheep lungs. Therefore, when eating sheep lungs, you must clean them thoroughly and pay attention to the method when cleaning. So how do you clean sheep lungs?

Sheep lungs are the same as pig lungs. Although they taste better, if they are not cleaned properly, they will have an odor, which will ruin the taste of the sheep lungs. Therefore, it is very important to know how to clean sheep lungs. Follow the steps below to clean the sheep lungs. Hold the trachea on the lungs under the faucet to rinse. Three minutes later, a faint trace of blood was washed out. After ten minutes, the blood stains had basically been washed out. After fifteen minutes, the sheep lungs were basically clean.

Fresh sheep lungs must be cleaned thoroughly. You can use fresh sheep lungs to cover a water pipe and rinse until they are clean. Sheep lungs can be eaten with henbane seeds to treat edema, distension, and difficulty urinating. The color of spoiled sheep lungs is brown-green or grayish white, and they have an odor and cannot be eaten. Sheep lungs with abnormal appearance such as edema, emphysema, nodules, and pus-like masses also cannot be eaten.

Note: For initial processing, choose fat and strong sheep that are slaughtered in late autumn and early winter. The lungs and lung ducts of such sheep have lighter mutton smell and less odor. Sheep lungs and sheep lung tubes that have poor color, bad smell, or have been frozen should not be used. The primary processing is to take a whole sheep lung, insert its lung tube into the tap, and continuously rinse it with running water and rub it with hands until the mucus and blood inside and outside the sheep lung are washed away, and rinse until the sheep lung becomes white and refreshed.
