Traditional methods for treating cervical spondylosis are easy and practical

Cervical spondylosis is very harmful to people. It often causes dizziness and pain in the neck and back muscles. The treatment of cervical spondylosis focuses on recuperation, so some simple and easy-to-use methods can be adopted in daily life to treat it. For example, you can mash ginger and onion and apply it to the affected painful area, which has a good effect of promoting blood circulation and relieving pain. Of course, for more serious patients, they should go to the hospital for treatment in time.

(1) Ginger and Chinese Yam for Treating Cervical Spondylosis

Seven large pieces of yam and seven large pieces of ginger (ginger has great medicinal effects), pound them into a paste with a stone mortar, and then mix with a little honey. Apply to the painful area every night for two hours. If your skin is good, you can apply it longer.

(II) Ginger and green onion can effectively treat cervical spondylosis

Take 1 piece of ginger, 1 scallion and 5 onion grasses, mash them, add water and boil them. Dip a towel in the liquid and apply it to the painful area to relieve the pain.

(III) Onion puree mixed with brown sugar to treat cervical spondylosis

Take three scallions, leaving the bottom ten centimeters without the roots, add a spoonful of brown sugar, mash them together and apply to the affected area for two hours every night.

(IV) Vinegar and bran for treating cervical spondylosis

Two pounds of vinegar, two pounds of bran (the leftover material from wheat flour grinding). This amount is just a reference and can be more or less.

Preparation method: Put the bran into an iron pan and mix it with vinegar, then heat and fry over low heat (the amount of vinegar added should be enough to make the bran into a ball with your hands). Sew a small bag with cloth with good breathability in advance. When the bran is heated to about 60 degrees, take it out of the pan and put it into the cloth bag. The patient lies on his back and places the bag under the cervical spine. It is best to put a thin towel or something on the cloth bag. If the patient feels too hot, he can move away for a while. The treatment ends when the temperature of the cloth bag is lower than body temperature. (Be careful not to burn your skin) Two to three times a day. Especially for radiculopathy and cervical spondylosis, you will feel unexpected surprises in just two to three days.

(V) Walnut and lotus stems can effectively treat cervical spondylosis

Crush 3 walnuts and 8 fresh lotus buds, cut into pieces with water. Treat cervical spondylosis characterized by vertigo.
