It is used in the production of hydrolyzate, such as hydrolyzed protein, serine, yeast extract, etc. It is used in aquatic product processing, for the manufacture of peptone, etc. It is used in the photographic film industry, for the recovery of silver particles and film base from waste photographic films. It is used in medicine to clear inflammation, reduce swelling and treat various inflammations. It is mainly used in detergents to add enzymes to washing powder to remove protein stains such as blood and milk. It can also reduce the amount of phosphorus-containing compounds and alleviate environmental pollution. In the leather industry, alkaline proteases are used to decompose only the interstitial proteins in leather without acting on collagen. They are used for dehairing and softening leather raw materials, which can reduce environmental pollution.
