2. Insist on sleeping on a hard bed. Do not give up sleeping on a hard bed just because you are not used to it or feel uncomfortable. Mash them evenly, stir-fry them until hot, wrap them with a silk handkerchief and iron the painful area. If it feels cold, heat it again and iron it several times a day. Repeat several times a day.
