What are the most obvious early symptoms of adenomyosis?

I believe most people have never heard of adenomyosis, a common malignant tumor of the gallbladder. Patients suffer from this disease every day. If it is not treated in time, it can be controlled in the middle and late stages, because patients with adenomyosis will show coldness, fever, jaundice, and obvious pain in the upper abdomen, and most patients will have persistent pain.

Early symptoms

1. Chills and fever: mostly occur in the late stage of cancer. 25.9% of patients have fever, and the high fever may persist.

2. Jaundice: Due to the spread of cancer, about 1/3 to 1/2 of patients develop jaundice. In a few patients, jaundice is the first symptom. In most cases, jaundice occurs after pain. Jaundice is persistent and progressively worsens. In a few patients, jaundice occurs intermittently. Jaundice often appears in the late stage of the disease, accounting for 36.5%, and is mostly caused by cancer tissue invading the bile duct and causing malignant obstruction. It is also accompanied by weight loss, fatigue, and even cachexia, yellowing of the skin and mucous membranes, and difficult-to-treat skin itching.

3. Right upper abdominal pain: Most of the time, it is persistent pain in the right upper abdomen, which may worsen in paroxysmal patterns and radiate to the right shoulder and lower back. This symptom accounts for 84%. Since gallbladder cancer often coexists with gallbladder stones and inflammation, the nature of the pain is similar to that of calculous cholecystitis. It starts with discomfort in the right upper abdomen, followed by persistent dull pain or dull pain, sometimes accompanied by paroxysmal severe pain and radiating to the right shoulder.

4. Digestive tract symptoms: The vast majority (90%) experience indigestion, aversion to greasy food, belching, and decreased appetite. This is due to the gallbladder's inability to digest fat. Nausea and vomiting are also common, and loss of appetite is often present.
