1. How to judge whether your skin is dehydrated

If you look closely at your face, you may find white flakes on both sides; if you feel a stinging sensation on your face when doing skin care, such as when you put on a facial mask; if your face still flakes after putting on makeup; if you feel a pulling sensation when your facial muscles move, etc., these indicate that your skin is dehydrated.
