What are the symptoms of mental disorders?

In modern life, people’s work pace is very fast, and the increasing pressure of life has greatly affected the mental state of many people. In severe cases, it leads to mental imbalance, which is what people call mental illness. The biggest feature of this disease is that it causes mental disorders. Let’s take a look at the symptoms of mental disorders.

Specific manifestations of mental disorders include:

1. Emotional instability, irritability and anxiety: Patients with nervous disorders often feel uncomfortable all over, accompanied by specific feelings such as panic, tension, fear, grievance and easy crying, sensitivity and suspicion, pessimism and disappointment. They don’t want to see people, don’t want to talk, are not interested in anything, can’t be happy about anything, and even have desperate thoughts of committing suicide. These physical and mental discomforts will further affect the patient's sleep, leading to difficulty falling asleep, shallow sleep, frequent dreams and early awakening, etc., causing the patient to feel physically and mentally exhausted, slow to react, inattentive, and memory loss.

2. Loss of appetite, dizziness and headache: Patients generally have symptoms of gastrointestinal dysfunction, with symptoms such as loss of appetite, abdominal pain and bloating, nausea and hiccups, chest tightness and shortness of breath, sighing, etc., also accompanied by dizziness and headache, stuffy eyes, dry eyes, blurred vision, a feeling of tightness and pressure in the head, stiffness all over the body and other physical discomforts.

3. Numbness of the limbs and fever all over the body: Patients with neurological disorders often feel numbness of the limbs, fever in the palms and soles of the hands and feet, or even fever all over the body, with bursts of hot sweat all over the body; they may also have symptoms such as wandering pain or wandering abnormal sensations; these symptoms are generally dominated by the patient's own symptoms, and after examination, the results are often relatively normal.
