How to treat anxiety neurosis?

5. Divert your attention

You can even get up and walk around to temporarily escape the low mood at work.

6. Learn to relax

On weekends and holidays, you can go for a drive or go to the beach. Try to do some activities that are beneficial to your body and mind, put aside the worries of work, and relax your body and mind. This is also very beneficial for treatment recovery.
