Dizziness may be caused by many reasons. We can take medication or traditional Chinese medicine to improve it. We all know that traditional Chinese medicine pays attention to acupoints, and the acupoints on the human feet are connected to organs throughout the body. Washing our feet frequently will enhance blood circulation. Pressing the acupoints on the feet more often will alleviate the feeling of dizziness.

Some common geriatric diseases: high blood viscosity, hyperlipidemia, thrombocythemia, etc. can all increase blood viscosity and slow blood flow, resulting in insufficient blood supply to the brain and symptoms such as fatigue, dizziness, and weakness. If the disease has been confirmed, it is recommended that the elderly receive treatment under the guidance of a doctor.

The elderly are physically weak. They usually do not pay attention to their diet or have a poor diet and do not pay much attention to nutrition. They often feel dizzy, so we recommend that you let the elderly maintain good eating habits and avoid any irritating foods. For example, don't touch cold, spicy, sour food, cigarettes or alcohol.

Elderly people who feel dizzy should quit smoking and drinking, avoid eating raw, cold, or oily food, and try not to eat salty, spicy, or sour food; eat more fresh vegetables and fruits; do some outdoor sports regularly, such as Tai Chi, which helps to maintain a happy and peaceful state of mind; it also has the effect of promoting blood circulation and relaxing muscles. It can effectively improve dizziness in the elderly.

Every detail in daily life is particularly important. Whether it is diet, medicine, sleep, mood, or environment, the health of the elderly must be taken into consideration. The elderly should not overwork themselves; only proper exercise is good for their health.
