Genetic hypertension needs to be treated like this

Genetic hypertension needs to be treated like this

From a clinical perspective, there are many causes of hypertension, such as acquired bad eating habits, etc., but it is also possible that hypertension is caused by genetics. In this case, in addition to paying attention to your diet and daily routine, you must also scientifically monitor to prevent problems before they occur, take medication regularly, protect target organs, use relaxation therapy, exercise scientifically, maintain good sleep, avoid talking too much, keep bowel movements unobstructed, etc. If you combine these effective treatments according to your actual situation, you will be able to control the condition within a range that is beneficial to your body, and no other abnormal reactions will occur.

1. Scientific monitoring to prevent problems before they occur. People with a genetic tendency to high blood pressure should have their blood pressure checked regularly after the age of 25 to avoid having their blood pressure elevated for a long time without being aware of it, which would be a big problem if discovered. Those with low blood pressure above 80 mmHg and pulse pressure difference less than 30 mmHg should be monitored more closely.

2. Take medication regularly. If low blood pressure persists above 90 mmHg, appropriate antihypertensive drugs need to be selected to control blood pressure, and it is important to avoid the misunderstanding of taking medication intermittently or stopping medication immediately when blood pressure drops. In addition to calcium channel blockers, beta-receptor blockers or angiotensin receptor blockers can also be used.

3. Target organ protection. Because hereditary hypertension usually develops early and occurs at a young age, the degree of target organ damage is more severe, and the incidence of stroke and hypertensive heart disease is much higher than that of senile hypertension. After discovering hereditary hypertension, target organs such as the heart, brain, eyes, and kidneys should be protected immediately regardless of whether there are any symptoms. Healthy foods containing essential amino acids, potassium ions, unsaturated fatty acids, and flavonoid compounds should be consumed more often. Spirulina, ginkgo, olive oil, or corn oil are good choices.

4. Relaxation therapy. Hereditary hypertension itself causes the arteries to become narrower, and if there are too many excitatory hormones in the body, the condition will be aggravated, so relaxing can avoid similar situations. For example, avoid doing stressful or stressful work, avoid watching movies or TV shows with overly dramatic plots, listen to more relaxing music, and grow more plants or fish.

5. Scientific exercise. When exercising, the brain and heart should be kept in level position. This will not lead to a decrease in cerebral blood flow during exercise, and can avoid the reflex increase in blood pressure caused by a decrease in cerebral blood flow. Swimming is a good form of exercise.

6. Eat a balanced diet. Control your salt intake, preferably within 6 grams per day. Eat more soft, smooth, sticky foods rich in water-soluble dietary fiber, such as coix seed, kelp, celery, fungus, etc. It can accelerate the removal of blood lipids in the body to make blood vessels flexible and prevent vascular accidents.

7. Get enough sleep and avoid talking too much . When sleep is lacking, the human body will secrete a large amount of excitatory neurotransmitters to support movement in order to maintain a state of wakefulness; when a person talks, the heart rate will increase, and excitatory neurotransmitters will also be secreted in large quantities, causing blood vessels to constrict. If things go on like this for a long time, your blood pressure will get higher and higher, so it is very important for people with high blood pressure, especially those with hereditary high blood pressure, to ensure a good sleep.

8. Keep bowel movements smooth. When people have bowel movements, their blood pressure rises, and this is particularly evident in people with constipation. Many hypertensive cerebral hemorrhages are caused by cerebrovascular accidents that occur on the toilet, so once abnormal blood pressure is found, bowel movements must be kept unobstructed. It is recommended to eat more crude fiber foods such as oats, mung beans, corn, hawthorn, mushrooms, etc.
