What are the steps of facial care?

Face is very important to people, because no matter when getting along with others or looking for a job, the first thing the other person sees is the face. If you have a good facial complexion, fair skin and beautiful appearance, it is easy to add points to yourself and leave a good first impression on others. Therefore, facial care is very important. Facial care needs to follow certain steps. Only by proceeding step by step can you achieve good care results, and of course, the effects can be maintained for a longer time. The steps of facial care generally include cleansing the face, balancing and softening the skin, moisturizing the skin, and protective measures. The work done in each step is different. Next, I will introduce to you the steps of facial care.

1. Clean your face

Cleansing is the first step in basic skin care, which removes dirt from the skin. Inadequate cleansing often results in clogged hair follicles, making the skin look rough and dull, and more likely to cause acne, pimples or other skin problems. In this case, even the best skin care products will not be able to perform their due functions and may even make the skin worse. Therefore, it is very important to carefully choose good cleaning products and clean them in the correct way to maintain healthy and beautiful skin.

2. Balance and soften skin

In the process of basic maintenance, a very important but often overlooked step is: toning, that is, the use of lotion. Balancing and softening the skin is the second step of skin care, and it has three functions:

1. Re-cleaning: During the cleansing step, the skin may not be cleaned thoroughly enough, leaving some cleaning products on the skin. Using a balancing and softening product can achieve the effect of re-cleaning.

2. Tighten the skin: During the process of washing your face, the pores are stimulated and slightly open. This step can effectively tighten the pores.

3. Balance the natural acidity and alkalinity: The sebum film secreted by the skin protects the skin from bacteria and microorganisms, but washing the face may destroy the acidity and alkalinity of the sebum film, weakening the skin's ability to resist foreign substances. Therefore, toner is needed to restore the skin's natural acidity and alkalinity.

3. Moisturize the skin

The third step of basic skin care is moisturizing, which provides the skin with the nutrients and moisture it needs, allowing the skin to have a healthy texture and elasticity, and present a bright and attractive look.

IV. Protective measures

The fourth step of basic maintenance is protection, which forms a protective film on the skin surface to prevent the muscle layer from being damaged by adverse external environmental factors.
